Any order you placed on Precious Metals Inc. can take up to minimum 90 days to process. Because by the Canadian Law and by the Worldwide FinTrack Systems Corp. (http://www.fintrack.com/) policies you can hold the payment of customers for minimum 90 days to verify and clarify the order according to the policies of FinTrack Systems Corp because we are the respected member of this organization, we must have follow their rules and policies as we are doing business of precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium.
We ship all of our packages discreetly and fully insured to the address provided the Customer. We require a signature upon delivery of all of our packages, a signature upon delivery is mandatory. Our Canadian orders are shipped by way of FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. Our U.S. orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Should your package be lost or stolen in transit, the contents of your order are fully covered and you will be fully compensated for the amount of your order. Indicating a signature is required and/or giving permission for someone other than yourself to sign for your deliveries voids your insurance.
From time to time, reductions in our inventory resulting from an increased demand for certain products and other reasons may delay shipping. If we cannot ship your order within the delivery time represented to you at the time of purchase, we will inform you prior to the expiration of that time period that we are unable to meet the delivery date, and that you may elect to either voluntarily liquidate your order (have us buy-back your order); or continue to await delivery by the new delivery date we will give you, which will be based on our best information at that time, but which shall not exceed 90 days. If we should be unable to ship your order within this new delivery date, then after this new delivery date has passed, we shall liquidate your order and remit payment to you for the greater of either your voluntary liquidation amount, including any shipping fees; or your original purchase price.
We reserve the right to substitute a different shipping method than selected on the order. A credit for the difference in shipping costs is applicable when the actual shipping method is less than the selected method. And the customer will bear all the shipping charges in any condition.
We offer 100% insurance to the address provided on the order plus a signature required upon delivery. Should any customer choose to re-direct a shipment to any other location and/or waive the signature option, that customer will incur all risk and liability associated with delivery of the package.
